John Perry II, Owner/Founder
After working in the restaurant industry for over a decade as a manager from the time he turned 18 years old, John decide he needed to make a career change. Through fast and prayer he received inspiration to start his own janitorial company. After a year of managing a restaurant during the day and cleaning offices by himself at night, he left the restaurant industry behind. Dirtbusters Janitorial Services has now grown from a single entrepreneur to over 100 employees.
John Perry III, General Manager
John started his business career at age 15 when started Grassbusters Lawn Care, which quickly grew to over 100 accounts and several employees before he graduated from Cabell Midland High School. After high school he lived in southern California for 2 years while he was performing proselyting and service mission work. He was assigned to a Spanish speaking mission and taught the people in their native tongue. After returning from California, he attended Marshall University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration. While attending Marshall he worked for 4 years as head of maintenance for a real estate investment company with 50 residential and commercial units. He started at Dirtbusters in 2011 as the operations manager and is currently operating as the General Manager of the company. After joining Dirtbusters, he has also received the RBSM certification (registered building service manager) through BSCAI (Building Service Contractors Association International) and holds a current West Virginia contractors license.
Don Cregut, Sales Manager
Don began his sales career in junior high school as a newspaper carrier for the Huntington Herald-Dispatch. He was the top sales producer for newspaper and magazine subscriptions, winning trips to New York City and Chicago. Don has been selling professionally ever since - from management services, to kidney dialysis machines, to recombinant DNA pharmaceuticals and now janitorial services. Continued professional success has lead to many more awards and trips. Don is a native of Huntington and graduated from Marshall University. He also completed graduate studies at the University of Dayton and the University of Toledo.
Heidi Rainey, Quality Control Manager
Heidi has been with DirtBusters for more than eight years. Prior to DirtBusters, she worked in restaurant management. She majored in communications and public relations at the University of Rio Grande.
