John Perry II

Owner/Founder
After working in the restaurant industry for over a decade as a manager from the time he turned 18 years old, John decided to make a career change. Through fast and prayer, he received inspiration to start his own janitorial company. After a year of managing a restaurant during the day and cleaning offices by himself at night, he left the restaurant industry behind. Dirtbusters Janitorial Services has now grown from a single entrepreneur to over 100 employees.

John Perry III

General Manager
John started his business career at age 15 when he started Grassbusters Lawn Care, which quickly grew to over 100 accounts and several employees before he graduated from Cabell Midland High School. After high school, he lived in southern California for 2 years while performing proselyting and service mission work. He was assigned to a Spanish-speaking mission and taught the people in their native tongue. After returning from California, he attended Marshall University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration. While attending Marshall, he worked for 4 years as head of maintenance for a real estate investment company with 50 residential and commercial units. He started at Dirtbusters in 2011 as the operations manager and is currently operating as the General Manager of the company. After joining Dirtbusters, he has also received the RBSM certification (registered building service manager) through BSCAI (Building Service Contractors Association International) and holds a current West Virginia contractor's license.

Heidi Rainey

Quality Control Manager
Quality Control Manager Heidi has been with DirtBusters for more than eight years. Before DirtBusters, she worked in restaurant management. She majored in communications and public relations at the University of Rio Grande.
